GATO is a digital product created and sold by Nathaniel Solace, based in Austin, TX. By purchasing or subscribing to any GATO product, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.
When you purchase GATO, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-redistributable license to use the GATO system files for your own business or personal operations. This license is granted to you as an individual. It does not extend to teams, organizations, or third parties unless a separate agreement is made.
You may not:
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. You may cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Lifetime access purchases are perpetual. Once you buy it, you keep it. There are no recurring charges for one-time purchases. No refunds are issued after 14 days from the date of purchase.
All GATO products come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email hello@gatogato.co within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, all sales are final.
All GATO system files, skills, prompts, architecture, and documentation are the proprietary intellectual property of Nathaniel Solace. Your license grants usage rights only -- not ownership.
Content you create using GATO -- your voice, your data, your outputs, your client work -- belongs entirely to you. We claim no ownership over anything you produce.
GATO is designed to run on Anthropic's Claude platform. We are not responsible for Claude's availability, uptime, pricing changes, or terms of service. Your use of Claude is governed by your separate agreement with Anthropic.
GATO is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Nathaniel Solace and GATO shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
You are responsible for how you use GATO in your business, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
